Below are our responses to the remaining comments on the WPO plans. A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP): 1. Comment acknowledged. SWPPP will be revised with the approval of WPO plan amendment #1. B. Pollution Prevention Plan: 1. Comment acknowledged. PPP will be revised with the approval of WPO plan amendment #1. C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP 1. Sheet 1 has been labeled as Amendment #1. 2. This plan matches the current Final Site Plan/Road plan. If ZMA20200006 is approved prior to this plan's approval, this plan will be modified to match ZMA20200006. If this plan is approved prior to the approval of ZMA20200006, a second WPO amendment plan will be submitted to the county with the alternate Route 20 entrance and pedestrian path. The applicant needs to get the Final site plan approved first, so they can start selling lots. Then, a site plan amendment will be processed for the modifications along Route 20. With the site plan amendment, a WPO amendment #2 will be submitted for the project to update the E&S/WPO plan for the changes. 3. Lot lines have been revised, and the wall maintenance easements added to the lots where the retaining wall or the geo- grid crosses into the lot, as discussed with Engineering. A 3' decorative wall and easement has been included behind Lots 64-67 to accommodate the revised grading. 4. Yard drains have been added behind Lots 64-71 to ensure drainage does not flow across more than 3 lots. 5. Spot shots have been shown on the overlot grading plan sheets behind the lots on Loyola Way (and elsewhere) to show positive drainage away from the proposed structures. 6. A letter has been included with this submittal stating that the SWM calculations booklets has no revisions, and that the drainage areas and volumes are the same. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) 1. Mulching has been included in the locations where temporary and permanent seeding are shown. 2.
