Sight distance profiles shown on Sheet 26. Planning (Tori Kanellopoulos): 1. Limits of public ROW adjacent to Berwyn Lane and Dauphin Drive has been shown on the plans. 2. This section of roadway has been labeled on the plan as a 30' Private Street Easement to match the final plat. The Loyola Way label is needed on this section of roadway for design and reference purposes only. 3. Plans have been revised to show a private street easement behind Lots 16-28 and a private alley easement behind Lots 1-15. 4. Note referencing existing overhead utilities has been shown along SR 20 and SR 742 on the existing conditions and utility sheets. a. Existing easements for TMP 90-35V have been shown and labeled with deed book and page on the existing conditions sheet. The existing sanitary sewer easement has been shown and labeled with deed book and page on the off -site sewer plan, Sheet 30. The grading shown is within the sanitary sewer easement and public r/w and directly relates to adding minimum fill over the proposed sanitary sewer line. b. The off -site easement note on Sheet 1 has been revised. Advisory Comments: 1. Acknowledged. The cover sheet has been updated to match the changes with the site plan. 2. Acknowledged. This will be handled with the subdivision plat and final site plan. 3. Acknowledged. This will be handled with the subdivision plat. 4. Acknowledged. The grading plan has been updated to be consistent with the site plan. VDOT: 1. The CG-12s along RT 20 have been realigned and the stop bar moved back. The cross -walk will only be installed if VDOT wants to the cross -walk to be installed in the field. This will be determined with VDOT prior to the striping of the roadways. 2. Notes have been added to the layout sheets referencing HOA maintenance of the shared -use paths along RT 20 and Avon Street. ARB: 3. Comment acknowledged. 1.
