Below are our responses to the remaining comments on the road plans. 1. The architect has provided the product line and color name for the proposed asphalt shingles. 2. Acknowledged. 3. The building elevations have been revised to show the height of all unit types. 4. The labels and dimensions on the architectural elevations and building sections have been revised. 5. The proposed building height has been updated on the cover sheet. 6. The architect has provided building elevations that clearly indicate unit type. 7. The architect has provided rear elevations for lots 1-22 to establish an appropriate appearance for the EC. 8. The architect has revised side elevations for the requested lots. 9. The architect has revised rear elevations for the requested lots. 10. The standard window glass note has been added to the architectural drawings. 11. The proposed HVAC units are shown on the plan sheets. There is a proposed white vinyl privacy fence in the rear between each unit to eliminate the visibility of HVAC units from the streets. 12. The site plan shows the proposed privacy fence. There is a detail on sheet 10 for the type of privacy fence proposed. 13. No fence is proposed along the EC. 14. Landscape plans have been updated and are consistent with all aspects of the site plan. 15. The standard mechanical equipment note has been added to the architectural drawings. 16. Landscape plans have been updated to show all easements. 17. Street trees are linear in response to sidewalk and road, flowering understory trees are in a naturalistic clumped pattern. 18. Street trees along the EC have been revised as requested. 19. No fence is proposed along the EC. 20. Trees have been added on Berwyn Lane; 40' spacing can not be met on occasion due to driveway or utility conflicts. 21. Trees along pedestrian ways have been changed to Acer campestre'Evelyn' and Cladrastic kentukea based on the following attributes: 40' min. height requirement, clear passage beneath canopy, urban tolerance, substantial and broad canopy, and exceptional seasonal characteristics. Labels indicate tree size. 22. See note 21 above. Medium trees located 25' OC along all trails and pedestrian ways. 23. Note added. 24. The architect has provided information on the material, color, and manufacturer of the retaining walls. 25. 'Emerald Sentinel' Eastern Redcedar will reach 20' tall, 6' wide. This species/cultivar was chosen based on the following attributes: urban and drought tolerance, and narrow upright habit capable of screening townhome heights. Winter Jasmine chosen above retaining walls based on the following attributes: semi -evergreen nature, drought tolerance, winter flowers, and ability to cascade over and soften wall appearance. Prague Viburnum substituted for Sweetbay Magolia. 26. The contours have been rounded for a more natural appearance. 27. Side and rear elevations will be provided for the ARB review.
