RE: Stonehenge Phase II Minor Site Plan Amendment (Revised
Landscape and Tot Lot Plan)
Dear Mr. Coghill:
As we discussed, the Planning Department is agreeable to
revising condition of approval 43 outlined in my letter of
October 1, 1990, The new condition will be:
• The tot lot adjacent to Block R and the sidewalk
leading to it shall be completed prior to the
issuance of any certificate of occupancy for Block
S.
The condition was originally imposed requiring the tot lot
to be constructed prior to the completion of Block R as it
was anticipated that Block S would be constructed first. As
a result of the change in the order of construction, I am
agreeable to revising the timing schedule for this tot lot
only because the site will still meet the Zoning Ordinance
requirements outlined in Section 4.16.2.1.

RE: Stonehenge Phase II Minor Site Plan Amendment
(Revised Landscape and Tot Lot Plan)
NOTE: CORRECTED CONDITION OF APPROVAL #3
Dear Mr. Coghill:
I have reviewed the revised site plan which you submitted
September 21 and it appears to be in order. We can sign and
approve this site plan administratively with the following
conditions:
1) Recreation equipment equivalent to the amount required
for a standard tot lot shall be added to the existing
playground.
2) Condition 1 and the construction of the tot lot
adjacent to Block K must be complete prior to the
issuance of any additional building permits.
3) The equipment and construction for the tot lot adjacent
to Block R shall be bonded at this time and completed
prior to the issuance of any certificates of occupancy
for Block R.
4) Landscaping shall be installed immediately in
accordance with this plan for the sections completed or
nearing completion of construction. The remainder of
landscaping must be bonded prior to the issuance of any
additional building permits.
It may be helpful to the Zoning Department to determine your
bonding amount if you present them with the receipts of the
recreation equipment you have already purchased. Please
contact Tim Eaton for any questions regarding bonding.
