5. DURING CONSTRUCTION, WATER RESOURCES PERSONNEL MUST BE NOTIFIED TO INSPECT THE
-UNDERDRAIN INSTALLATION, APPROVE THE SOIL MIX, AND APPROVE THE COMPLETED INSTALLATION.
6. CONCRETE BERM TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITH EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN SHALL
REMOVED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FACILITY.
