This letter is to approve as a letter of revision the changes contained in the attached letter with the
following exception: The dumpster referenced in the letter is not on the plan and no dumpster may be
located in the accees/parking easement. This is your second letter of revision for this site. Please note
that a total of three Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the site plan are required to be
submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact

This letter is to serve as our final revisions to the site plan for Foundations Child
Development Center. File name: ALB\45-112F, Project number: 3122.
• Change the chain link perimeter fence to perimeter fence. 4� L--
• Eliminate the painted crosswalk at the front of the property as per a request from,.
VDOT. r
• Eliminate the parking sign for the child drop off and strip only.
• Change the "access easement" to an "access and parking easement," attached is th,,/-,_
easement agreement to that effect.
• Add an enclosed dumpster pad to the "access and parking easement."
• Change the two T-4 Snowbells in the front of the building to Magnolias. J)�- I/
• Change the two T-4 Snowbells at the end of the building to Maples, move one to;�,-,/
the center of the playground and one to the bank.
• Move the two T-3 Kwanson Cherries to outside the perimeter fence, between the
fence and the parking lot.

SCHEDULE A
All that certain lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon and
appurtenances thereto, located on Berkmar Drive, in Albemarle County, Virginia,
consisting of 37,671 square feet, shown and described as Parcel A on a "Plat
Showing Division of Parcel 112F as Shown on Tax Map 45," dated May 21,
2004, made by B. Aubrey Huffman & Associates, Ltd., recorded in Deed Book
2834, pages 4-5; along with a non-exclusive easement of right-of-way for ingress
and egress from Berkmar Drive to Parcel A and for parking, on and over a portion
of the property shown on said plat as Parcel B. This easement is limited to the
area on Parcel B which is identified as "Access and Parking Easement" and a non-
exclusive easement for the benefit of Parcel A to construct and use the
Stormwater Management Facility to be constructed on Parcel B within the area
identified as "SWM Easement" as shown on said plat.
Being the same property conveyed to the grantor herein by deed of Stuard
R. Wood, Jr. and Margaret E. Wood, dated August 28, 2004, recorded in the
Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Albemarle, Virginia in Deed
Book 2834, page 1.
