Ray and Associates From: Tori Kanellopoulos — Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: June 29, 2020 Subject: SUB202000105 — TMP 72-14 — Two Lot Subdivision The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-303(C)] Boundary lines. Advisory comment: Staff reviewed SUB202000010 (boundary line adjustment) earlier this year (approved 02-06-20), and it seems this plat was never recorded. 2. [14-309] and [14-310] and [14-416] Health Director Approval. The Health Department has reviewed and approved this application. See attached letter dated June 15, 2020. 3. [14-316] Entrance onto public streets. VDOT review and approval is required for new entrances onto public streets. VDOT is reviewing the application. 4. [14-235] and [14-317] Private street maintenance agreement. The County Attorneys Office is reviewing the private street maintenance agreement.
