I've added the entry and exit point detail on the GIS you shared as well as tables/chairs numbered and spaced accordingly. Thanks for your assistance and patience with my diagram. I have highlighted three things from the application that were checked but were not shown on the attached sketch. I will need you to revise your sketch to show the well defined ADA accessibility, show the location of the tables spaced appropriately and the number of chairs per table, and if there will be lighting provided. I am not aware that there are lights within the open field, only the street lights along District Ave. If you propose lighting, it shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjacent streets and travel ways. If you are not proposing new lighting then state that. Charlottesville, VA 2 Phone 434.298.5832 Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia) Instructions This application is only for establishments that currently hold a Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Authority (VABCA) license, and are looking to utilize the VABCA accelerated process for requesting temporary outside dining and bever- age service areas. Any outside dining areas previously approved remain in effect and are not subject to the expedited process and the VABCA required listed conditions. Before filling out this Application please make sure you have the following: © Address of the property. *1 Hours of operation ATTACHMENTS ©A diagram/sketch of the area proposed for outdoor dining/beverage service showing: © Well-defined ADA accessible points of ingress and egress. © The number of tables and chairs to be provided. © Lighting. © The entire area enclosed with a well-defined barrier designed to prevent entry and exit except for at the designated entry and exit point(s). NOTE: If the proposed area is within an existing parking area show how the area will be blocked off from potential conflicts with motor vehicles.
