Below are our detailed responses to your comments. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) 1. Attached is the updated coverage map showing the total acreage to be covered by this plan/permit. Yes, the new total acreage is 63.29 acres. Attached is an updated registration statement for the project. B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP) 1. Attached is a PPP to be inserted in the SWPP for this project. Also, attached is the coverage map that will also be inserted into the SWPP as an update to the overall coverage on the project. C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) 1. A professional seal and date has been added to the plans and to the calculations packet as well. 2. The note on the topography for the site has been updated per the latest field visit of this area and verification of the existing topography. 3. The sediment basin has been relocated outside of the preserved slopes and outside of the stream buffer. The basin does have an emergency spillway on the embankment, but this is the only location for the spillway. Therefore, the spillway has been lined with riprap for stabilization in accordance with the SWM and E&S handbook. 4. A note has been added to sheet 4 and sheet 6 indicating that the existing slopes along the bank in this location shall be field verified to ensure that a 2:1 slope exists on the bank. A portion of the bank is being regraded, per the ultimate design. This area will be re -stabilized if any modifications to the bank is made to create the 2:1 slopes. 5. The greenway label has been updated throughout the plan, as requested. 6. The approved plan numbers have been re -checked. And the notes about the WP0201800050 has been updated, as requested. 7. The trailway extension has been removed from this plan, along with the disturbances. This connection may be a primitive trailway connection and not disturbances would be necessary. 8. The excel file for the forms on Sheet 19 have been uploaded with this submission. 9. This comment is acknowledged. Once this WPO is approved, the other road plans and associated plan sheets will be amended to remove the level spreaders and pond 4 changes. 10. The approved plan that shows the removal of LS-10 as shown in the table on sheet 19 is the WPO for Block 86, W P0201800080. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) 1. Sheet 4 has been updated to reflect and show the existing basin in this location that was previously approved and installed in the field. This basin serves as a sump for the drainage to collect and then drain into the drop inlet which outfalls the run-off into the existing sediment basin. 2. An E&S Phase III sheet has been added to the plan set which includes the E&S control for the Block 1A development. It's a Phase III sheet (Sheet 9A). 3. The silt fence and tree protection that is being proposed with this project is shown in a darker color, as requested. There is some existing silt fence as shown and labeled to be removed, as the limits of disturbance has been expanded. 4. This note on sheet #14 has been updated to state Amendment #2, as noted in the comment. Sincerely, Scott Collins
