THE PLAN COVERS THE DISTURBED AREA THAT WAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CURRENT OWNERS WHO PURCHASED THE PROPERTY ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2017. THE OWNER WAS NOT AWARE OF THE REQUIREMENT FOR VSMP PERMIT COVERAGE AND IS SUBMITTING THIS PLAN RETROACTIVELY TO ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE. THIS PLAN INDICATES THE APPROXIMATE 3.55 ACRES OF AREA IN TOTAL THAT WILL BE DISTURBED TO INCLUDE THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION, AND THE INSTALLATION OF 3 LEVEL SPREADERS. THE PURPOSE OF THE LEVEL SPREADERS IS TO ELIMINATE ANY CONCENTRATED OUTFALLS FROM THE DISTURBED AREA.
