The purpose of the shed is to store specialized fire retardant. It is a stand-alone shed made of wood, which will reside on a bed of gravel and not require water, power or sewer hook-up. Although I am submitting the request, Samuel Hough, who is conducting the build for his Eagle Scout Project, will administer the construction of the shed.
