We have reviewed the above referenced plans and have the following comments:
Engineering (Emily Cox)
1. A SWM facility deed is necessary to go along with this plat. The county can draft this, but we
need to know the owner information. Should it be the UVA foundation? The same as the
maintenance agreement? Rev. 1: Deed was reviewed by county attorney and is attached to the
email with these comments. The SWM Agreement has not been executed yet (to our
knowledge) and therefore, the DB & PG must be filled in the highlighted yellow spots
before the deed and plat can be signed/executed.
2. Provide documentation of approval from Charlottesville City Gas. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
Planning (Mariah Gleason)
1. No objections. Rev 1:No objections.
VDOT (Adam Moore)
1. No objections.
ACSA (Richard Nelson)
1. No objections.
Engineering plan review staff are available from 2-4 PM on Thursdays, should you require a meeting to
