The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14-302(B)(1)] General Information. Include an original date on the plat and, for the resubmission, also note that a date of last revision is needed as well. 2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. With the zoning information, note that TMP 56-57B1 is "subject to ZMA201600005 and its associated proffers." 3. [ 14-302(B)(6)] Tar Map Parcel. State the full tax map and parcel number in at least one place on the plat map. Staff recommends providing this information on Sheet 1. 4. [14-303(D)] Acreage. Provide the parcel acreage. 5. [14-303(H-I)] Monuments. Identify the material of at least two permanent reference monuments on the exterior boundary of the property. 6. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream Buffer. Provide a label for the 100ft stream buffer on TMP 56-57131 as well. 7. [Comment] Symbology. On the plat map on Sheet 1, the "Pending SWM Maintenance & Access Easement" indicates a hatched pattern is used but that pattern is not reflected on the map. Please review and revise accordingly.
