1. Perimeter boundary information is taken from a plat of record at
DB 1241—PG 482. Dominion Engineering did not perform a boundary
survey of these parcels.
However, property corner evidence was recovered in the field and checked
as shown on the plot.
2. This plat has been prepared without the benefit of a title report and
therefore does not necessarily indicate all encumbrances on the property.
3. This parcel does not appear to lie within a FEMA designated 100 year
flood zone according to FIRM Map #51003CO279D, effective date
February 4, 2005.
4. This parcel is zoned RA.
5. All NEW property corners will be monumented with iron rods unless noted
otherwise.

buling site that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County

10. The proposed drainfield location as shown was marked in the field by
others and field located by Dominion Engineering.
The lots will be served by private wells.

12. The stream buffer shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with
the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance.
13. This parcel is not within a water supply watershed.
