The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments have been satisfactorily addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14-302(B)(1)] General Information. Include an original date on the plat and, for the resubmission, also note that a date of
last revision is needed as well.
The original date is located in the lower right-hand comer of the sheets. A revised date has been added on the right-hand
side in the middle of the sheets.
2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. With the zoning information, note that TMP 56-57B1 is "subject to ZMA201600005 and its
associated proffers."
This language has been added to note 5 on sheet 1 of 2.
3. [14-302(B)(6)] Tax Map Parcel. State the full tax map and parcel number in at least one place on the plat map. Staff
recommends providing this information on Sheet 1.
The full tax map and parcel number has been added to sheet 1 of 2.
4. [14-303(D)] Acreage. Provide the parcel acreage.
The acreage from the county's GIS has been added to property identification title on sheet 1 of 2.
5. [14-303(H-I)] Monuments. Identify the material of at least two permanent reference monuments on the exterior boundary of
the property.
Addition monuments have been identified on sheet 2 of 2.
6. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream Buffer. Provide a label for the 100ft stream buffer on TMP 56-57B 1 as well.
Stream Buffer line work from the county GIS and labels have been added to sheet 2 of 2.
7. [Comment] Symbology. On the plat map on Sheet 1, the "Pending SWM Maintenance & Access Easement' indicatesa
hatched pattern is used but that pattern is not reflected on the map. Please review and revise accordingly.
The hatch pattern has been changed.
