CURRENTLY LOCATED ON TMP 45-111C NEEDS TO BE FILLED WITH POSITIVE
SLOPES (0.701 DRAINING TO THE LARGE BIOFILTER (TO REMAIN) APPROVED
UNDER WPO 201300002, AS SHOWN.
2. THE PIPE DRAINING TMP 45-111A, CURRENTLY OUTFALLING INTO THE TMP
45-111C TRAP BEING REMOVED, SHALL BE EXTENDED TO OUTFALL INTO THE
LARGE BIOFILTER (TO REMAIN) APPROVED UNDER WPO 201300002.
a. CONTRACTOR MAY ELECT TO INSTALL VDOT MH-1 MANHOLE AT THE
CURRENT PIPE OUTFALL, AND INSTALL NEW PIPE (WITH A MATCHING
DIAMETER) DISCHARGING INTO THE BIOFILTER FOREBAY, AS SHOWN. OR
b. CONTRACTOR MAY ELECT TO EXTEND THE EXISTING PIPE (WITH A
