RE., Spring Hill VSMP Amendment #1
Please allow this letter to serve as a Certification for the VSMP Amendment #1 for the Spring Hill Village Project.
The VSMP amendment has not changed the SWM calculations for the project that were approved with the original
VSMP permit. The proposed SWM facilities designed with the original VSMP plan still have the same drainage
areas and volume of run-off to each of the facilities. None of the changes associated with the site plan
amendment #1 effected the design of these facilities.
Please allow this letter to serve as the final certification that the drainage areas and stormwater management
volumes to the stormwater management facilities have not changed with the VSMP amendment #1 and no
revisions are necessary to the SWM calculations booklets.
