[Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] Albemarle County Planning Services (Planner) Reviewer Contact: Andy Reitelbach / areitelbachCc-r,albemarle.org Review Status: Requested Changes 1. [General Comment]: Add the application number for this final site plan (SDP2020-00003) to the cover sheet of the site plan. Comment addressed. 2. [18-32.7.8; 18-4.151: Remove the proposed monument sign from all plan sheets. Monument signs are approved through a separate application and process, not with a site plan. As such, they are not to be depicted on site plans. Comment addressed. 3. [18-32.7.9]: Revise the Landscape Plan (sheet 6). Although 11 RC (Rhododendron catawba) are identified at the southwest corner of the property, only ten are depicted. Comment partially addressed. The aforementioned comment was addressed. However, with this latest submittal of the site plan, the number of possumhaws in the Landscape Schedule has been reduced to three from six that were listed in the previous submittal, which also reduces the total canopy size. However, those "missing" six possumhaws are still shown on the landscape plan layout in island #5. Clarify this discrepancy. 4. [18-32.6.2.a, 32.5.2.n, and 32.7.2.3; SP2018-00007, SP2018-00008, and Special Exceptions]: The plat dedicating the right-of-way and the temporary construction easement for the proposed 10'-wide multi -use path along the front of the property must be approved and recorded prior to the approval of the final site plan. This comment still applies. The plat is currently under review by County staff and VDOT.
