After the initial period of inquiry, it was determined that the family division was not viable since Ms. Shaw did not have any direct descendants. It was due to technical issues on our end that are more complicated and drawn for an explanation as to why the title states family rather than two lot subdivision when I submitted the plat. Since I was going on vacation and did not want to plat be postponed a week, I submitted it with the intention to revise the title to two lot subdivision with the first round of comments. If the family division and two lot division are not feasible options, what option would you recommend for the subdivision of the property? It appears that this might have been meant to be a family division rather than a two lot base on the notes on the plat. Can you confirm? If it is meant to be a family division, we will need the application and checklist for the family division, and the difference in fee- an additional $161 before we can process your application.
