Megan,
Not a problem. Thank you for looking into this and letting us know. I believe that I can speak for Ms. Shaw
and withdraw the application while the county provides her with a refund. We will look into Scottsville for
possible submission.

Good Afternoon,
I was researching the property, and I just noticed that this property/plat is within the Town of Scottsville,
therefore you will need to submit your request to them, as we don't review subdivisions within the town limits.
Sorry, I missed that previously. Please confirm that you would like to withdraw this application and we can
process a refund.

Initially, the family division option was explored this parcel of land when Clayton Homes was involved. After
the initial period of inquiry, it was determined that the family division was not viable since Ms. Shaw did not
have any direct descendants. It was due to technical issues on our end that are more complicated and drawn
for an explanation as to why the title states family rather than two lot subdivision when I submitted the
plat. Since I was going on vacation and did not want to plat be postponed a week, I submitted it with the
intention to revise the title to two lot subdivision with the first round of comments. If the family division and
two lot division are not feasible options, what option would you recommend for the subdivision of the
property?

Good Morning,
We received the above application, however this cannot be approved as a two lot division. It appears that this
might have been meant to be a family division rather than a two lot base on the notes on the plat. Can you
confirm?
If it is meant to be a family division, we will need the application and checklist for the family division, and the
difference in fee- an additional $161 before we can process your application.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
