Revise the plat to: a. Indicate Stanley Martin as the owner of TMP 56-Ki-86 Stanley Martin Companies has been added as the owner of TMP 56K1-86. b. Include a separate statement of consent, signature block, and notary panel for this owner A separate statement of consent, signature block and notary panel has been added for Stanly Martin Companies. 2. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent. Remove "Glenbrook" from the statement of consent. Glenbrook has been removed from the statement of consent. 3• [14-302(B) (5)] Zoning. Revise Note 6 to state that these parcels are subject to ZMA2016- 00005 and associated proffers. The note has been revised as requested. 4• [14-302(B) (5)] Overlay. Remove Note 10. These parcels are not subject to the Entrance Corridor overlay district. The note has been removed as requested. 5• [14-302(B) (i)] Resubmission. Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat. Acknowledged. 6. [Advisory Comment] Tax map parcel numbers. Provide the unabbreviated tax map parcel numbers for the subject properties in at least one place on the plat.
