Dear Ms. Gleason,
I have reviewed your comments dated July 27, 202o and offer the following responses.
i. Revise the plat to:
a. Indicate Stanley Martin as the owner of TMP 56-Ki-86
Stanley Martin Companies has been added as the owner of TMP 56K1-86.
b. Include a separate statement of consent, signature block, and notary panel for this
owner
A separate statement of consent, signature block and notary panel has been
added for Stanly Martin Companies.
2. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent. Remove "Glenbrook" from the statement of consent.
Glenbrook has been removed from the statement of consent.
3• [14-302(B) (5)] Zoning. Revise Note 6 to state that these parcels are subject to ZMA2016-
00005 and associated proffers.
The note has been revised as requested.
4• [14-302(B) (5)] Overlay. Remove Note 10. These parcels are not subject to the Entrance
Corridor overlay district.
The note has been removed as requested.
5• [14-302(B) (i)] Resubmission. Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of
drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat.
Acknowledged.
6. [Advisory Comment] Tax map parcel numbers. Provide the unabbreviated tax map parcel
numbers for the subject properties in at least one place on the plat.
The unabbreviated tax map parcel numbers have been added with the owner's data
and the source of title.
