I was out of the office last week, unexpectedly. Regarding Site Plan, WPO Plan, and Critical Slopes — understood. Timmons will proceed with 'withdrawal'of these applications and submission of new applications and plans when we are ready. Craig can correct me, but our approach will be similar to our initial submission in that we will prepare a 'final site plan' with as much detailed info as possible. This seemed to work well in expediting the review timeline as we had a fully developed and thorough plan submission. Regarding the SUP Application, attached is the Lease Amendment that was submitted to the ACPS Board and was approved at the July gth meeting. Included is Exhibit A-1 which shows the new location of the Club, on the ACPS Campus. Let me know if anything additional is needed to document the location change. Also, can you please let me know next steps with regard to timing of the staff report and planning commission hearing? Unfortunately, the WPO and site plans will need to start over. For the initial and final site plan, you will need submit those again, however if you provide all the details that would be included in both plans at the initial stage, we can review for both requirements, which will hopefully help speed things along for what you submit the final. It looks like there might be some critical slopes disturbance at the new location, so if those are being disturbed, we will need to process a new critical slopes waiver. hftps:Houtlook.office365.comlmaiUnboxrd/AAQkAGU40TExNzZjLTgONmMtNDNiY05NDczLTMyNDEl ZDVJY2WgAOAAGxDp9hXl9LsPytnRtReBw... 1/3 7/28/2020 Mail - Tod Kanellopoulos - Oullook A new WPO plan and application will need to be submitted. The special use permit can continue, you will just need to provide a new exhibit/concept plan per the ordinance at the new location. We would recommend that these plans not be submitted until the location is finalized. Thank you, Megan Nedostup, AICP (pronounced nuh-DAHST-up) shezher/hers (What is this?) DO NOT CLICK on links or open attachments unless you are sure the content is safe. Megan: Following up on my call to you yesterday. As you are aware, the County Board of Supervisors, at their June 17th meeting, discussed the potential for a site location change for the current Club planned by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Virginia, on the ACPS Campus. Subsequent to that discussion by the BOS, the ACPS Board discussed and voted (6-1), at their June 26th meeting, to relocate the site from the hillside south of Jouett to the Driver Ed Lot. A Lease Amendment is currently in process and will be presented to the ACPS Board on July 9th for a final vote. In anticipation of this becoming officially official, I wanted to reach out and see how the site change will impact the current applications under review at the County. Currently we have the following: • WPO Plan (with critical slope waiver) • Final Site Plan • Special Use Permit (ancillary club uses) Given these applications and their current status of review, what is the best way for us to proceed with each? Our objective is to minimize and make easier staffreview efforts, avoid additional review fees, and compress the project schedule as much as possible. Your guidance on this is much appreciated. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information to assist. If a zoom call is helpful, let me know. Thanks -U Louis J.
