Dear Ms. Kanellopoulos:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Roudabush, Gale & Associates,
Inc., dated 06 April 2020, revised 15 June 2020, and offer the following comments:
1. Deed of Dedication to the Commonwealth of Virginia must be executed and recorded at
the clerk's office of the County of Albemarle, prior to plat approval. Please see attached
deed of dedication.
Duly noted.
2. Please add note to plat; all sight distance easements must stay clear of all obstructions
and have clear visibility with no obstructed view.
A note with this language has been added to the subdivision plat on sheets V- I I
through V-14.
If further information is desired, please contact Willis Bedsaul at 434-422-9866.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
