RE: Monscane Center - SDP2016000SS - Letter of Revision Request Letter
Dear Rebecca,
Please consider this letter and revised Site Plan Sheets 1, 4, 5, and 6 as our request for a letter of
revision to the referenced site plan. The updated building footprint matches the architectural plans
by Bob Anderson. The changes include the following:
1) A generator has been added to the plans for building 2. The placement of the generator displaces
some landscaping so we have updated the landscape plan. Note that total numbers have not
changed but trees have been moved from generator pad area.
2) Mechanical equipment has been added to landscaping islands in the upper parking lot of building
2. The placement of the mechanical equipment displaces some landscaping so we have updated the
landscape plan. Note that total numbers have not changed.
3) The ADA space behind building 2 has shifted to the northwest corner of the upper parking lot
behind building 2.
4) A fire line and domestic line have been moved from the northeast of building 2 to the front of
building 2.
5) Stairs have been added to the front of building 1 leading down to the sidewalk along Olympia
Drive. The lower sidewalk has been updated to connect with the stairs and the retaining wall has
been extended further along the sidewalk.
6) The sidewalk on the west side of building 2 has been moved away from the building to follow the
edge of the road.
7) The sidewalk on the west side of building 3 has been moved away from the building to follow the
edge of the road.

8) HVAC equipment has been added to the west side of building 2. The placement of the equipment
displaces some landscaping so we have updated the landscape plan. Not that total numbers have
not changed but trees have been moved from this area.
9) HVAC equipment has been added to the east side of building 2 and to the west side of building 3.
