SP2020-00009 North Pointe Middle Entrance Sign (Sign #72) - CWH Properties Limited Partnership,
(owner) David G. Mitchell (Applicant). Request for issuance of a special use permit to locate a sign in a
proposed public right-of-way at the entrance to the approved planned development known as North Pointe
along Seminole Trail (Rt. 29N), pursuant to Albemarle County Code § 18-4.15.7(c) and § 18-34.5. The
proposed sign is 31.5 sgft (10.5 ft x 3.0 ft) and 13.5 ft in height. The entrance to the North Pointe
