• Applicable Zoning or Building Code Violations. This office does not keep track of fire violations, you can reach the
County of Albemarle —Fire and Rescue at (434) 296-5833
• Other informationtforms as requested. (If the letter is for an automobile dealer please include the DMV form)
Letters of Zoning Compliance will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete application
Review cannot begin until the application above is complete and all applicable forms and fees are submitted.
