THE PURPOSE OF THIS PLAT IS TO TRANSFER A PORTION OF TMP
45E-01-OC-11 KNOWN AS PARCEL X TO TMP 45E-01-OC-10.
THIS PLAT HAS BEEN PREPARED WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF A TITLE
REPORT AND DOES NOT THEREFORE NECESSARILY INDICATE ALL
ENCUMBRANCES ON THE PROPERTY.
FIELD WORK WAS COMPLETED ON JANUARY 28, 2020.
SUBJECT PARCELS ARE LOCATED IN ZONE "X" AS SHOWN ON FEMA
