structure). PROPOSAL: Rezone 12.606 acres from the PRD Planned Residential D istrict, w hich allows
residential (3 34 units/acre) w ith limited commercial uses to PDMC Planned Development Mixed
C ommercial, whic h allows largescale commercial uses; and residential by special use permit (15
units/acre) to permit 100,000 square feet of general office space and a parking s tructure. N o residential units
are proposed. PR OFFERS: Yes . C oncurrent w ith ZMA201003, the following proposed special use permit
("SP") within the proposed Morey Creek Profes sional Center authorized by Zoning Ordinanc e § 25A.2.2(1):
