RE: ARB-2020-24: Spring Hill Village - Final (TMP: 09000-00-00-02800)
Dear Mr. Collins,
The Albemarle County Architectural Review Board, at its meeting on Monday, July 20, 2020, addressed issues
related to the Spring Hill Village building elevations and related matters. The Board took the following actions:
1. The elevations reviewed in the 7/20/20 presentation may be approved assuming the submittal of
additional detail on windows and trim show appropriate dimensions for rake and window trim.
2. Vinyl may not be used for the fence proposed along the southern property line.
3. The Arctic white color may not be used for units 1-22, 71, 84 and 100.
4. Frontage planting in regular, linear format is acceptable.
Please provide:
1. Revised drawings addressing each of these actions. Include updated revision dates on each drawing.
2. A memo including detailed responses indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If changes other
than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also.
3. The attached 'Revised Application Submittal' form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure
proper tracking and distribution.
