LOCATION: 5249 Piney Mountain R oad. PROPOSED: Request to replace s ix (6) existing panel antennas
on a single array on an existing 150 foot selfs upport tower that was previously approved by a special use
permit in 1997 (SP9700022), and amended in 2003 (SP200200081). With the proposal two s pec ial
exceptions are required to permit the size of the antennas and the mounting distance of the antennas.
