[14-235(C), Condition of the PC Private Street Request Approval] Bonding of the Private Street. The subdivider shall provide surety for the completion of the private street if the private street will not be completed prior to approval of the final plat. See engineering's comments below related to bonding. 2. [14414, 4.1] Public Water. ACSA and RWSA approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval. 3. [14414, 4.1] Public Sewer. ACSA and RWSA approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval. Engineering Review - Plat shows a new sewer line extension improvements within the Flood Hazard Overlay District.
