The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Subdivision Plat referenced above once the
following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-235(C), Condition of the PC Private Street Request Approval] Bonding of the Private Street. The subdivider shall
provide surety for the completion of the private street if the private street will not be completed prior to approval of the final
plat. See engineering's comments below related to bonding.
2. [14414, 4.1] Public Water. ACSA and RWSA approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval.
3. [14414, 4.1] Public Sewer. ACSA and RWSA approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval.
Engineering Review
- Plat shows a new sewer line extension improvements within the Flood Hazard Overlay District. A floodplaln development permit is
required prior to approval of this application.
