Subject: SUB202000108 Glenbrook Lots 86 & 87 — BLA
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments, and those provided by other Site Review Committee, SRC, members, have been satisfactorily addressed. The
following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or
eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14-302(A)(I5), 14-303(0), 14-303(P)] Ownership. County records indicate that TMP 56-K1-86 is owned by Stanley
Martin Companies LLC, instead of Glenbrook LLC as the plat currently notes. Revise the plat to:
a. Indicate Stanley Martin as the owner of TMP 56-K1-86
b. Include a separate statement of consent, signature block, and notary panel for this owner
Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
2. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent. Remove "Glenbrook" from the statement of consent. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
3. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Revise Note 6 to state that these parcels are subject to ZMA2016-00005 and associated proffers.
Rev. 1: Specifically state "these parcels are" or "this property is" to clarify that the rezoning and proffers apply to
both parcels.
4. [14-302(B)(5)] Overlay. Remove Note 10. These parcels are not subject to the Entrance Corridor overlay district. Rev. 1:
Comment addressed.
5. [14-302(B)(1)] Resubmission. Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s)
of each subsequent version of the plat. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
6. [Advisory Comment] Tax map parcel numbers. Provide the unabbreviated tax map parcel numbers for the subject properties
in at least one place on the plat. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
Additional comments based on revised plat dated 7/27/2020:
7. [New Comment] Include a signature line for County Approval on the Cover Sheet. This element was on the first
submittal but was not found on the revised plat.
In accordance with the provisions of Z.O. 14-229 of the County Code, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all
of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily
withdrawn by the applicant.
