Good afternoon, Cameron.
I have reviewed the subject proposal and offer the following comments:
1) The applicant has submitted soils work for proposed onsite sewage disposal systems for Lots 1,2,3
and 4 respectively. The submitted plat dated May 4, 2020 and revised July 1, 2020, only indicates
two (2) lots that are being subdivided. Furthermore, the two lots shown on the plat are labeled Lot A
and B. Clarification is needed as to the number of lots in the division as well as positive correlation
between the soils work and the plat. Revisions needed before proceeding with the review.
2) The submitted site sketch from the soil consultant does not show the property lines, but instead
shows "setback lines". The applicant should work with their soil consultant to revise the site sketches
in order to show the proposed property lines.
Please forward my comments to the applicant and let me know if you need anything further.
At this point, more information is needed prior to approval.

The applicant submitted a revised plat for this application. It includes the PE/OSE report for the Health Department
and a draft deed of easement for the new stormwater easements. I've attached the relevant documents.
