This Notice to Comply is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: SWPPP has been updated showing when controls measures were released, modified or repaired. Corrective Action: No action required. Deficiency: Sediment basin has not been installed per approved plan. Corrective Action: Complete instation of basin and outfall structures as soon as possible. Deficiency: Some slopes are eroding and need to be stabilized. Corrective Action: Repair and stabilize eroded slopes. Deficiency: Not all disturbed areas have been permanently stabilized. Corrective Action: Permanently stabilize area as project is completed. Deficiency: Sediment basin has not been installed per approved plan. Re -inspection of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $150 for land disturbing under VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§ 17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP (§ 17- 208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon re -inspection.
