(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] Planning (Tori Kanellopoulos) 1. Include a sheet that clouds and labels changes from the approved Site Plan SDP201900002 (one for Phase 1 and another for Phase 2). 2. [18-32.7.4.1] and [Chapter 17] WPO approval is required prior to site plan approval. Continue to coordinate with Engineering on WPO. 3. [18-32.7.4] and [18-32.7.5] Easements: The easements shown with this minor amendment appear to be the same as the easements shown on the approved Site Plan SDP201900002. However, the approved Site Plan does not have DB/PG references. a. Include DB/PG for recorded easements on this minor amendment. If easements are proposed and not yet recorded, an easement plat is required prior to minor amendment approval. b. Please send staff a PDF copy of SUB201900114, as this will help with review of the minor amendment. 4. [18-32.5.2] and [18-32.6.2] Site plan requirements: Since improvements are shown on adjacent parcel TM 059D2-01-00-01500, include information for this parcel on the first sheet. Engineering (David James) 1. Please narrate and highlight the changes with this minor amendment. This could have been easily done for a digital review. It would help us reviewers to find out what's changed and will help speed up the review process. a. Acknowledged. 2. Please remove sheets 3.11 to 3.20 (E&SC Plan) from the SDP. Keep the grading though (i.e. Grading plan). a. Addressed. 3. Provide detail of timber curb used in parking area. a. Addressed. 4. Sh. 3.03/3.08 — Show travelway widths for parking area. a. Addressed. 5. Sh. 4.10/4.11 — Any fixed objects that could block the line of sight within the sight distance triangle must be removed (low/wide signs, tree branches, etc). a. Addressed. 6. Waiver request needed from parking standards (curb and gutter). 7. Sh. 3.14 - The sidewalk exceeds 5%, and might need to provide design alt. (i.e. steps, railing). See VDOT guide on sidewalk grade: 8. Sh. 3.03 — Provide bumper blocks for the 12 parking spaces adjacent to 5' sidewalk or increase sidewalk width to 6 feet or move sidewalk back 2 feet from edge. [18-4.12.16] 9. Sh. 3.13/3.18 — Reduce parking lot grade to 5% or less. [18-4.12.15] 10. Note: The WPO amendment 1 is currently under review (WPO201800059) and will need to be approved prior to this SDP amendment approval. ACSA (Richard Nelson) 1. No Objection (02/27/20). Inspections (Michael Dellinger) 1. No Objection (04/05/20). Architectural Review Board (Margaret Maliszewski) 1. Add the Musco fixture details back into the Lighting Fixture Schedule on LTA- 100.
