Review Comments / Responses Department/Division/Agency: Planning Reviewer: Christopher Perez 8/ 17/20 [Site Plan Amendment Policy] Revised sheet Cl to act as a legend to all of the other previous minor amendments that have been approved (SDP2010-82, SDP2012-40, SDP2013-33, SDP2015-45). On sheet C 1 please label the individual areas of each of the previous 4 minor amendments. Rev 1. Comment not fully addressed. While a legend has been provided on sheet C1 to list all the previous approved site plans, that areas of these site plans has not been denoted/marked on the plans. Revise. Hatch patterns on Location Map that correlate to Legend. Hatched areas are also called out with project name and SDP number on Location Map. 6. [32.7.9.6] Landscaping. The parking area is required two large or medium shade trees. Please revise the landscape sheet to provide these plantings. Rev. 1. Relocate the medium shade tree nearest to the handicap parkin¢ space to the planting island in place of the Dwarf English Box Wood or plant it closer to the parking area even with the light poles. Per email correspondence with Christopher Perez, medium shade tree is to remain in shown location due to existing utility conflicts. 7. [32.7.4.1, 32.7.4.2] Prior to site plan approval the WPO application must be approved. Rev. 1 Comment still applicable. Noted. 8. [32.4.3.6, 32.4.3.2] The site plan shall not be approved until all other reviewers have approved the plan. Their comments are attached. Rev. 1 Comment still applicable. Noted. 9. [32.7.8, 4.7] Lighting. The light poles appear to interfere with the parking spaces. Please clarify by either removing the light heads from the drawing or by labeling them as lighting heads. If these Hazen 8/17/20 squares are not lighting heads the lighting poles should be moved back further from the parking lot as to not interfere with the parking spaces. Squares represented lighting head and have been removed from drawings. Only light pole is shown. Department/Division/Agency: ACSA Review: Richard Nelson Add a note added that the contractor is to contact ACSA 3 days prior to work on the ACSA water main for the new fire hydrant. Noted added to C104 — Utility Plan. Department/Division/Agency: CDD ARB Review: Khristopher Taggart 1. Revise the landscape plan to relocate the medium shade tree southwest of the parking island shown on the plan to either replace the Dwarf English Box wood currently in the planting island or plant it closer to the parking area even with the light poles. Per email correspondence with Christopher Perez, medium shade tree is to remain in shown location due to existing utility conflicts. Department/Division/Agency: CDD Engineering Review: Matthew Wentland 1. The VSMP (WPO202000008) will need to be approved before amendment approval. Noted, in process of purchasing nutrient credits.
