HomeMy WebLinkAboutARB201900146 Certificate of Appropriateness 2020-08-181r. rid (5 tt COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE Department of Community Development 401 McIntire Road, North Wing Charlottesville, Virginia 22902-4596 Phone (434) 296-5832 Fax (434) 972-4126 August 18, 2020 Craig Kotarski Timmons Group 608 Preston Avenue, Ste 200 Charlottesville, VA 22903 RE: ARB-2019-146: Beaver Creek Medical Office Building, Final Site Development Plan (TMP 06000000003800) Dear Ryan, I have reviewed the plans with revision date of 7/31/20, and the following additional and revised sheets: • The revised Photometric plan sheets SE1.0, SE5.0 and SE5.1 with the date of 8/12/20, • The Building Floor and Roof Plans sheets A1.0, Al.1, A1.2 and A4.0 with the date of 6/10/2020, • The Building Elevations and exterior materials sheet A2.0 with the date of 6/10/2020, • The Typical Wall Section and Details with the date of 4/17/2020 and, • The northwest, northeast and southeast rendered perspective concept images with the date of 2/12/20 for the above project. The changes made in these plans address the conditions of approval outlined at the ARB meeting held on 1/6/20 and subsequent staff reviews. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is specifically conditioned on the following: 1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. 2. Mechanical equipment must not be visible from the Entrance Corridor. Please note the following: 1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review. 2. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is valid for 3 years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in writing. The letter must be received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
