This Notice to Comply is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Make sure RLD is updated. Should be G. Odonnell, not S. Carlson or J. Swink Corrective Action: Update records as needed Deficiency: Make required corrections as identified by the inspection report from the third party Corrective Action: Follow up with identified non -conforming controls. Correct and record completion Deficiency: Large areas denuded and not stabilized. Corrective Action: Seed and straw mulch any non active area dorment for longer than 7 days. Use temporary seed and straw mulch as identified in the approved plan Deficiency: Stockpiles observed to be dormant and not stabilized Corrective Action: Seed and straw mulch as required by the VESCH manual and the approved plan. Deficiency: Bare structures are present at time of inspection Corrective Action: Stabilize as required by the approved plan Deficiency: Observed cut and fill bare. Corrective Action: Stabilize as required by the approved plan to reduce the risk of erosion. Deficiency: Channels to the basin and trap bare and eroding Corrective Action: Stabilize as needed to prevent scour. Deficiency: Observed large sediment deposits that are working their way to the downstream properties Corrective Action: Maintain proper care of all controls. Install missing controls and repair all failing controls. Deficiency: Observed basin and trap bearing wet/dry capacity, not stabilized completely and allowing bypassing of storm water. Corrective Action: Ensure proper treatment capacity and function with corrective maintenance. Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all of these corrective measures will be completed by. Re -inspection of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $150 for land disturbing under VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§ 17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP (§ 17- 208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon re -inspection.
