Under § 17-902 of the Albemarle County Code, you are hereby notified to immediately cease
all land disturbing activities on the above referenced property except for work to address
any necessary corrections as given in writing by the County Erosion Control Inspector. This
Stop Work Order is being issued because of the following deficiencies:
Deficiency: Sediment in stream.
Corrective Action: Self report to DEQ and remove sediment
from stream.
Deficiency: Streambanks at crossing not stabilized.

A sworn complaint has been made by the Albemarle County Erosion Control Inspector below. This
STOP WORK ORDER shall remain in effect for seven (7) days. If satisfactory repairs have not
been made within seven (7) days, the County may elect to issue another Stop Work Order, and/or
petition the Circuit Court for penalties and relief with regard to this violation.
Re -inspection of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $150 for land disturbing under
VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP
(§17-208).
