SP202000003:
• Use existing 1,800
square foot building
• Use existing front
parking for
customer parking
• Use existing rear
parking for outdoor
washing/detailing
• Use existing garage
for most detailing
Based on the findings described in this report and factors identified as favorable,
staff recommends approval of special use permit application SP202000003
with the following conditions (below).
1. Development of the use shall be in general accord with the Conceptual Plan
titled "H+H Car Care Concept Plan," prepared by Lisa Scherer, with the latest
revision date of March 6, 2020, and narrative title "1833 Avon Street Extended:
Project Narrative", with the latest revision date of January 21, 2020, as determined
by the Director of Planning and the Zoning Administrator. To be in general accord
with the Conceptual Plan, development shall reflect the following major elements
within the development essential to the design of the development and as
described in the Narrative and the Conceptual Plan:
a)
Location
of the
vehicle parking and waiting areas.
b)
Location
of the
auto detailing and washing areas.
Should a Board of Supervisors member choose to approve this special use
permit:
move
to
adopt the Ordinance
(Attachment D) to approve the Special Use
Permit
for
SP202000003
HH
Car
Care.
Should a Board of Supervisors member choose to deny this special use permit:
move to deny the Special Use Permit for SP202000003 HH Car Care based
on the following reasons. State reasons for denial.
