This Notice to Comply is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Area behind SFTH remains denuded on Shelton St. Corrective Action: Restabilize with straw/seeding and matting Deficiency: Stockpile area needs to match the current approved plan Corrective Action: Regrade to meet current approved plan or amend plans Deficiency: SF observed releasing sediment onto neighboring property Corrective Action: stabilize with straw/seeding and matting. Correctly install silt fencing. Direct stormwater runoff away from neighboring home remove sediment and reestablish slope leading away from home. Replace damaged landscaping Deficiency: Curb inlet protection need to be maintained/replaced Corrective Action: maintained/replace affected cip Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all of these corrective measures will be completed by. Re -inspection of this notice to verify corrective measures will incur a $150 for land disturbing under VESCP and single-family dwelling units (§ 17-207) or a $250 fee for land disturbing under VSMP (§ 17- 208). Failure to take effective corrective measures will result in a Stop Work Order upon re -inspection.
