We have reviewed the comments and address them as follows: 1. There is no deed book and page number to reference for the 30' Prescriptive Easement. It was established by the Byrd Act in the 1930's. 2. N/A. 3. No places of burial on the property were observed during the field survey work. 4. N/A. No development is required for this Rural Division, therefore those sections do not apply. If you have any questions, please discuss with Francis MacCall. 5. Please let us know when you have received approval from VDH. Please let us know if the plat dated June 4, 2020 is ready for owners notarized signatures. Thanks, Gwen Gwen Lacy Roger W.
