Dustin,
It was a pleasure speaking with you.
Phase A has been dedicated and Phase B dedication is underway.
I have CC'ed Frank Pohl so he can see my response. I have reviewed the exhibit and take no exception. The ACSA has
previously allowed these items to be installed over our utilities to provide emergency access for the fire department. No
additional paperwork is required and you have the ACSA's approval. Once finalized, please send 1 full size copy of the
exhibit with a PE stamp and signature so I can add it to the as -built file for Phase A.
Thanks.

Subject: Whittington Phase A
Alex,
It's been awhile. I hope you are doing well. Finally broke that nasty 15 year streak! We are trying to get the
roads accepted by VDOT in Phase A and the cul-de-sac was not large enough to support the turning radius of a fire
truck. We can provide a VDOT hammerhead, turnaround if we can provide gravel, grass pavers on top of your sanitary
sewer easement. I know that the ACSA doesn't like anything on top of their easements but I have had success with
notes saying that the ACSA will not be responsible for the replacement of gravel or grass pavers if excavation within the
easement is required. We are trying to make this happen on the as-builts and not an amendment. I'll give you a call
later today to discuss as David Robinson is no longer with Roudabush and I am trying to see where we are with AC5A
utility as -built approvals for Phase A and B.
Best Regards,
