These conditions for approval / understanding of operations are the same that were shared with both you and County review agencies previously. The only revision relates to condition #10 which incorporates the fact that this will be a closed set. We understand that due to the nature of this type of work, these conditions for approval may be revised and further information may be added, as warranted. In that event, the revisions will also be discussed with you. With regard to the concrete pad for the ark, the County is not requiring its removal. In the event it will be removed, we both understand that this will be done in a manner and time of day that will minimize the noise impact on neighbors. In addition, we understand that immediate neighbors will be informed prior to beginning the removal process. UNDERSTANDING OF OPERATIONS - CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL All permits (building, electrical, etc.) required by the Uniform Statewide Building Code will be obtained prior to construction. All grading approvals required by the State Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance will be obtained. The Health Department has been consulted for all relevant permits and approvals. They have given approval at this time. It is understood that some of these operating conditions may change due to the nature of this type of project. If they do change, the County will be informed and any relevant agency will be involved, informed and any requirements will be met. This project is expected to begin around March 20th and to continue for approximately 12 weeks. Zoning Clearance Approval Letter - Temporary Film Project March 21, 2006 Page 2 1.
