This iE the 3rd Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. The changes to the original Final Site Plan are: 1. The main entrance for Schewels has been shown wider than the approved site plan. 2. There is one less parking space in the front lot due to the increase in the width of the main entrance. One parking space has been added to the original to offset this loss of one space. 3. A dumpster pad has been added to this letter of revision at the rear of the property. 4. The landscaping does not match the original landscape plan for placement and species on the Schewels site. ACSA has asked the owner to remove trees from ACSA easement. The updated landscaping schedule has been separated for the Schewels property to indicate species and canopy calculations.
