Turn lane warrants are required for the intersection of Polo Grounds Road and Eustis Avenue. 2. Pavement design for new subdivision streets shall be developed using the Pavement Design Guide for Subdivision and Secondary Roads in Virginia and must be based on in place material at the time of construction. 3. Road A sight distance should be 280' instead of the proposed 265' and will require more line of sight easement if road radii remains the same. 4. Please show the CG-91) entrances per the detail on the plan view. The flared entrances should be shown for accuracy and construction reference. 5. Bike lane striping should be 6" white on street section details. 6. Provide intersection site distance profiles for all public road intersections in alignment with actual lines of sight. 8. Please show the distance to the nearest intersections on Polo Grounds Road. 9. Please note: the sight distance for Road "F' will need to be shown on the next connecting section of Eustis Avenue. Note that the final site and subdivision plans must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices B(1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations or other requirements.
