Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [32.5.1(c), 32.7.8, 4.71 Lighting. Increase the width and boldness of all property lines so they are easily distinguishable from other lines on the plan. Rev 1. Comment addressed. 2. [32.5.2(n)] Outdoor Lighting. On the plan provide cut sheets for all proposed light fixtures. Ensure they are clearly labeled. Rev1. Comment addressed. 3. [32.5.2(a), 32.7.8, 4.71 Lighting. On the cover sheet clearly label which parcels are included in the lighting plan. It is not clear which tax map parcels are part of the site plan amendment. Rev 1. Comment addressed. 4. [32.7.8, 4.71 Lighting. Utilize a Light Loss Factor (LLF) of 1 for the revised lighting plan. List the LLF utilized on the plan. Rev1. Comment addressed. 5. [32.7.8, 4.71 Lighting. Identify and label the existing and the proposed light poles and light fixtures. Rev 1. Comment addressed. 6. [32.5.21 On the cover sheet provide the following "SDP202000046 Moores Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (Lighting Plan) - Minor Amendment". Rev 1. Comment addressed. 7. [32.4.3.6, 32.4.3.21 The site plan shall not be approved until all other reviewers have approved the plan. Their comments are referenced below and attached. Rev 1. Comment still relevant. 8. [32.7.8, 4.71 Lighting. The photometric plan is not legible. The spillover numbers cannot be read. Resubmit this plan with legible spillover numbers. I think when the electronic file was flattened the details were lost, thereby making it not legible. 9. [32.7.8, 4.71 Lighting. The cutsheets are not all legible. Additionally, staff was unable to locate cutsheets for the following fixtures: VFX-L, PWM, PXITW WDU. Ensure cutsheets for these are provided and clearly labeled. ARB — Khris Taggart 1. Revise the plan to include manufacturer's cut sheets for all light fixtures. Staff was unable to locate cutsheets for the following fixtures: VFX-L, PWM, PXI-IW WDU. Ensure cutsheets or photographs, if cutsheets are unavailable, are provided for these fixtures. 2. A number of the illumination values (maximum values, spillover values, etc.) provided on the photometric plan are not legible. Resubmit this plan with all illumination values legible. 3. Provide information on the lamps that indicates the wattage on fixtures where the cutsheet information is unavailable. Zoning — Lisa Green 1. Make sure that there is a 100% complete inventory. Our major concern is getting a cut sheet for each fixture and lamp to make sure they are full cutoff. Also, what we asked for is a list of fixtures and poles that were existing and an approximate date of the installation or replacement of the new lighting for each fixture. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final site plan to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
