SCOPE FOR THIS PLAN.
1. Sanitary sewer Imes to remain. Sanitary sewer laterals serving the existing structures are to be removed.
Manholes are to remain and tops are -to be adjusted to proposed grades.
2. All utilities to exisiting structures are to be disconnected and removed.
3. Both existingy structures/bulldings are to be demolished and removed.
4. Existing utillty poles (electric, telephone) on site are to be removed. Utilities along Route 240 are to be installed
underground.
4. Existing sidewalk, entrances, and curbing on the site side of Route 240 are to be demolished and removed
and replaced for the new full frontage lone along Route 240.
5. 5torm drainage from Route 240 is to be diverted. Existing lines are to be removed and demolished.
