[14-235(C), Condition of the PC Private Street Request Approval] Bonding of the Private Street. The subdivider shall provide surety for the completion of the private street if the private street will not be completed prior to approval of the final plat. See engineering's comments below related to bonding. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
