Nichols, Roudabush, Gale & Assoc. on 9/9/2020. The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the easement plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(A)(5)] Public easements. This plat and associated deeds were transmitted to the Parks and Recreation Department for their review. Parks and Recreation has no objection and provided the following comment: / have reviewed and recommend approval of SUB2020-151 Whittington public trails plat and have determined that the route shown is the route we requested and flagged in the field. Duly noted. 2. [14-302(A)(5)] Public easements. This plat and associated deeds have been transmitted to the County Attorneys Office for their review. Any comments or recommendation for approval will be forwarded. The County Executive will need to sign the deeds as well. Duly noted. 3. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include that TMP's 90G-01-E and 90G-01-B are located within the Entrance Corridor Overlay District. See note 11 on the cover sheet. 4. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include that all parcels are subject to proffers per ZMA2006-11. See note 7 on the cover sheet. [ZMA20060001 1 ] Proffers. Per approved proffer #9, indicate that all trails are Class B primitive trails. See note 14 on the cover sheet. 6. [14-303(D)] Acreage of lots. Include the acreage of TMP's 90G-01-E, B, and F. See property identification label for each parcel.
