Comment Response Letter
Dear Mr. Moore:
We have reviewed your comments from August 20, 2020 and made the necessary revisions.
Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering.
Land Use:
1. The proposed 6'ft., fence cannot be constructed within the sight distance easement,
along Hillsdale drive to the intersection of Greenbrier drive. The sight distance easement
must stay clear of all obstructions and have clear visibility with no obstructed view.
The proposed 6' fence has been moved outside of the sight distance easement as requested.
See Sheet C3.0.
2. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the VDOT Charlottesville Residency Land Use Section at
434.422.9399 for information pertaining to this process.
